Sean Rhea joined the eLab team in 2002 as Technical Director. His roles include development, management and implementation of eLab's online virtual experiments, surveys and destination websites as well as coordinator and creative lead of eLab's electronic and print marketing initiatives. He also serves as the eLab Webmaster for this site.

Prior to joining eLab, Sean served as Webmaster/e-Marketing manager for the State of Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development (ECD) where he was in charge of programming and design solutions for all Web-based information and databases in the department. Under Sean's direction the ECD website was honored as one of the top ten state economic development Web sites by Site Selection Magazine and also received a “Best of the Web” award from Area Development.com. He also served as technical consultant to both the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance as well as the Governor's office.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University.
